Madhuri's wax statue at Tussauds to come up in March

The wait is finally over, as the wax statue of Bollywood's dancing queen Madhuri Dixit will be
unveiled in Madame Tussauds in London in March this year.

As the 'Dhak Dhak' girl Madhuri prepares for a comeback in Bollywood, she has a reason to cheer, as she will be joining the gallery of wax statues at Madame Tussauds in London on March 7.

"Madame Tussaud's unveiling on March 7th, 2012. C u then!," an ecstatic Madhuri wrote on twitter.
The announcement about her wax statue had been made in early January this year.

Madhuri has dominated the industry for about two decades with several hits like 'Tezaab', 'Saajan',
'Khalnayak', 'Ram Lakhan', 'Hum Aapke Hain Kaun', 'Dil To Pagal Hai', 'Devdas' and others.

After marrying doctor Shriram Nene, Madhuri had moved to Denver, US for almost a decade. However, she shifted her base to Mumbai last year, along with her husband and two children.

Madhuri not to judge "Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa"?

For Dhak-Dhak Girl Madhuri Dixit, the events doesn't seems to go accurate as she could bid goodbye to her role of a celebrity judge on the dance reality series " Jhalak Diklaa Jaa"

Having signed on as the brand ambassador of a newly launched competitor entertainment channel has posed a problem for Mads' contract with the dance reality show.

The next season of the dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa will begin post IPL. However, the channel is now in two minds about Madhuri's participation in the show.

In fact, the channel even held a meeting to decide whether to carry on with Mads or rope in a new celebrity judge for the next season of the show. Madhuri has signed on as the brand ambassador of a competitive channel.

Madhuri returns to India

After living in the US for more than a decade, the 44-year-old actress was looking forward to return India. It may be mentioned here that last month she has twitted, “Excited! Should be back in Mumbai by middle of October." Bollywood’s dhak dhark girl Madhuri, who spent two decades in the Hindi film industry establishing herself as one of the leading actresses and most accomplished dancers, shifted to the US after tying the knot with Denver-based cardiovascular surgeon Shriram Madhav Nene in 1999. Madhuri made her acting comeback with the 2007 film 'Aaja Nachle'.
