Sources say the rumour started spreading on last Thursday night. It said that Salman Khan had a heart stroke and was admitted to Saifee Hospital where he was to undergo angioplasty. Spokesman of Saifee Hospital too denied the news.
But a source close to the superstar has rubbished the rumour. “This is completely false news. He (Salman) has not been admitted to the hospital,” an associate of the star told a news agency.
“I was with him till about 10.30 at night, and he was completely fine. He was hale and hearty, and was busy promoting the film by doing some interviews. He was in a very good mood,” added a source from the unit of Salman’s forthcoming release Bodyguard, coming on August 31.
Though other stars in their forties have now and then been beset with health and fitness problems, Salman Khan is among the few hale and hearty who’s never had to see the doc much.
