Shahid Kapoor, who is doing the main role in film, stated reporters that they have changed the release date of Mausam. Citing the reason behind the postponement he stated that they had applied for an NOC from the IAF and a certificate from censor board.
The censor board has given U-certificate to the film while the IAF has given a conditional certificate demanding a change of a 30 second action sequence in the film.
The team of Mausam finally received the NOC last night and hence they have decided to release the film both in India and overseas on 23rd September.
