Actress Kulraj Randhawa of 'Yamla Pagla Deewana', will be next seen with Tusshar Kapoor in 'Char Din Ki Chandni' replicating the famous dance steps of Jeetendra and Sridevi from their 80s hit song 'Naino Mein Sapna'.
For this song, Tusshar has tried his best to copy his father Jeetendra's trendsetting moves from 'Himmatwala'. The film, directed by Sameer Karnik has many such light moments and also includes the famous number 'Tu meri Chandini' from Rishi Kapoor-Sridevi starrer 'Chandini'.
The starlet, who excited about these sequences,
says she admires these veteran actors and the industry has not seen big stars like them. "I am big fan of Jeetendra, Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor. I don't feel our industry has seen bigger actors than Rishji and Sridevi. They were a cult. For the songs, we are not copying them. We do not want any comparisons with them. We both have
given a little twist to the songs in the film," Kulraj told reporters here after the film launch here.
The actress is essaying a bold Punjabi girl in her upcoming film, that opens in theatre houses on January 13, next year.
"The film is a comedy laced with romance. It is about a four day wedding. It is a family entertainer and revolves around two families Rajput and Sikh," she said. About her character, she says, the boldness in terms of language goes with the flow of the character. "It is not like a negative thing."
